Inspired by his grandmother’s passion and gift for baking, Ronaldo Felipe turned cherished family recipes into a dream brought to life in the heart of New York City at Tres Leches Café. What began in his grandmother’s kitchen has blossomed into a neighborhood staple where tradition meets indulgence. At Tres Leches Café, everything is made fresh, in-house, and with love. Our signature tres leches is impossibly moist and perfectly sweet. Our rich, velvety cheesecake melts in every bite. Our silky flan is crafted the traditional way. No shortcuts. No compromises. Just authentic flavor in every dessert we serve. Throughout the Harlem community, we’re proud to be known for our consistency, quality, and true Latin taste — the kind that feels like home from the very first bite.
