Kopan is a Japanese traditional hot noodle specified as a Tonkotsu Ramen. A robustly rich and cloud-like creamy broth highlighting the hearty and savory pork! Our full-flavored Tonkotsu broth is the product of drawing flavor from pork for 16 hours over a searing flame for that full-bodied flavor that plays center stage in that which is Kopan. It traditionally has a thick broth made from boiling pork bones, fat, and collagen over high heat for long hours with a hearty pork flavor and a creamy soup. Vegetable Ramen, a wholesome broth from the bosom of mother earth herself! Our veggie ramen is made from all vegetables base to top, a concerto from the garden at flavor, an awesome all veggie delight for vegetarians and all those who seek something a bit lighter on the palate, after a cold day. Keeping up with the tradition, we added some more variations to our Kopan to differentiate our ramen from just regular tonkotsu ramens including the ability to customize the ramen in a multiple styles and multiple toppings. We have achieved to produce our already successful Kopan broth by using our top quality porks over 16 hours. It has been proven successful at our already flourishing Kopan Ramen Fullerton location and in Burbank, Rowland Heights, Encino and now in Alhambra! We will do our best to achieve in providing a satisfying and heart-filling meal through our Kopan.

Murakami
Murakami is a great restaurant for those who have been craving Asian food. Serving a variety of Japanese delicacies, the restaurant is popular with both the native population as well as the locals. However, rather than going for a standard sushi roll as you would do in other restaurants, patrons here are advised to opt for a sushi bowl instead where fresh sashimi is placed over a bowl of sushi rice and garlic-soy sauce is used in the preparation rather than the traditional sauce. However, if you'd rather stick to the classics Murakami also serves a great selection of sushi rolls and Japanese dishes like Blue Crab Hand Rolls.
