Miranda hails from Surat Thani, a vibrant city in southern Thailand. From a tender age, she learned the art of cooking at the side of her mother and grandmother, absorbing the cherished traditions and flavors of her heritage. Nothing brings her greater joy than witnessing the delight on the faces of those who savor her dishes. In 2022, Miranda founded Jai Dee Thai Kitchen alongside her devoted husband and their two sons. Today, the family is joined by dear friends, together creating authentic Thai cuisine infused with genuine love and meticulous care. Just order from a variety of dishes and sit back and enjoy the sushi experience. If you are not in the mood for sushi, then no worries, because this restaurant offers a range of traditional japanese meals made the way you like it. Along with your entrees you can have a side order of chicken or red snapper or even steamed rice. The restaurant also offers an 'Early Bird' special from Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday until 5:30 p.m.

We also feature a sushi bar, featuring popular classics such as Spicy Crunchy Tuna, but also offering sashimi platters, traditional nigiri, and custom made rolls as well.
