El Trompito Taquería

Nothing can go wrong with El Trompito Taqueria, a wonderland of Mexican street eats. Just as you step in, you can hear the bustling open kitchen. In this kitchen, the staff assembles tacos, alambres (Mexican dish) and aguas frescas-a beverage made from fruit, as the orders keep coming in. Photographs of menu are plastered across the wall helping patrons in piecing together their order. They assure authenticity in every dish that they cook, so that whenever a Mexican food craving strikes, El Trompito Taqueria is the place you think of.

Santiago's

Santiago's in East Denver is one of the several chain Mexican restaurants. Breakfast Burrito, Stuffed Sopapilla (stuffed and fried pastry), Barbacoa (shredded beef tacos with guacamole, lettuce, beans and rice) and Pork Chop Dinner are their signature items from the menu. Their Green Chile is termed as one of the best in town. It is a highly popular place and gets crowded, but the wait is absolutely worth it!
