The Great Greek was founded by two third-generation restauranteurs with more than 30 years in the food and hospitality business. Like anyone who loves truly good food, their favorite childhood memories were those spent with family and friends, crowded around a table for a meal made with care and love. That tradition still remains today with the same recipes passed down generation after generation and prepared with the spirit of authentic Mediterranean hospitality where everyone’s welcome. We’ve made the dining room a little bigger to fit more guests, but you’ll always feel right at home with smiling faces, table service, and a bright cheerful atmosphere.
Broken Yolk was one of the first full-service restaurants to find success in breakfast and lunch--no dinner required. Reclaiming brunch from the special occasion category and making it a meal for every day, they were pioneers in a segment that continues to grow in popularity. Guests with flexible schedules have discovered the joys of daytime dining; trading the ubiquitous egg bites and plastic-wrapped muffins for freshly prepared, quality food and friendly full-service.

A large smoker sits in the middle of the kitchen where the smell of beef brisket fills the room. The sun is just rising and the brisket has now smoked overnight for 12 hours. The chicken and pork are added and by lunch they will have the perfect flavor and taste. Most of the meats at Big B's BBQ are seasoned with the house dry rub and slow-smoked using Mesquite and Oak. The wood is brought over from family owned farmland in South Texas where Brian grew up. The restaurant is designed to give guests the experience of Brian home town setting and up bringing and everything he enjoyed and loved about Texas, BBQ and Family.

The Omelet House is known for our homemade recipes with consistently scrumptious & huge portions. With over 30 creative omelets to choose from, you still have numerous other options including, homemade corned beef hash (a locals' fave), eggs benedicts (lobster & avocado is a locals' fave), stuffed French toast (of course waffles & pancakes too), biscuits w/homemade sausage gravy, huevos rancheros and all other traditional breakfast items plus daily homemade pumpkin nut & banana nut bread (as a toast option). Omelet House is also known for our big juicy half lb burgers, homemade soups, famous fried zucchini w/homemade special batter and many other delicious lunch specialties including homemade chili verde, pastrami sandwich, beef & chicken philly, just to name a few. Omelet House Henderson is the only location that offers Food Challenges (12 egg 'Kitchen Sink' Monster omelet w/spuds & toast or the 3 lb Monster burger w/spuds). Pizza in Napoli is not crispy it is elastic, soft and fold-able.
