Established by Tony Conte, highly reputed former executive chef in Washington D.C., the restaurant gets a nod for his childhood memories of having great Neapolitan pizzas. Using the traditional method of cooking, adding his personal experiences of observing his father’s and grandfather’s cooking and adding a subtle modern twist, he makes the pizzas of this restaurant such that they cannot be created elsewhere. The menu is always seasonal and highly dependent upon the availability of local ingredients.
