Carolina BBQ is the oldest bbq joint in Spartanburg. Serving up the Best In BBQ since 1980. We serve Lexington, NC style Pork BBQ and Red BBQ Slaw. Our Chicken, Ribs, and Turkey Breast are hickory smoked for 6-8 hours in site as well as our Famous BBQ. We make our own sauces and bottle them so you can take some home. Most of our side items are made right here. Fantastic Hushpuppies, too.
