Our pasta is made by hand, including our rotating selection of seasonal ravioli. Our sauces are all made from scratch, and some, like our traditional Ragu' Bolognese, simmer for 4-6 hours to get that special concentration of flavor. We also take great care to serve our guests with special dietary restrictions. We have a full Gluten-free menu, including gluten-free hand-made gnocchi, ravioli and egg pastas.
Van's Burger is a small burger joint located in Olympia. The place serves one of the best burgers in town with Big Double Pete being the most sought out item out of the lot.
