Tulio

Since it opened Tulio has been a hot spot for lunching businesspeople and for couples who want a romantic spot to eat in the evening. The interior is rich with dark wood and deep colors. The fare is authentic, rustic Italian. Starters include roasted asparagus wrapped in prosciutto and sweet potato gnocchi. Entrees include risotto with saffron and scallops, ravioli stuffed with smoked salmon or an oven-roasted lamb sirloin. Adjacent to Hotel Vintage Park, this restaurant also serves breakfast.

Kau Kau Barbeque

Under a bright red awning in the International District, you will find this little restaurant specializing in delectable Chinese-style barbecued meats. The restaurant is small and minimally decorated, but it's popular among locals. The patrons come primarily from the neighborhood, but when it's game day at Safeco Field, stadium-goers fill the place up. Crispy duck and chicken are probably the most popular dishes. Other barbecued meats include excellent pork, and the restaurant also offers a variety of Cantonese dishes.

Glo's

Best Eggs Benedict in Town. Best Hashbrowns in the world.

Place Pigalle

After a day at Pike Place Market, you'll want something to eat in calm surroundings safely from the fishmongers and hordes of tourists. This restaurant provides both a charming old-world decor and some of the best French food in the city. The menu changes often, in accordance to what is fresh in the market, but you will likely find appetizers such as Montrachet souffle, yearling oysters, steamed mussels and twice baked goat cheese souffle. Tempting entrees include Roasted Rabbit Roulade, Duck Aromatique, Seared Alaska Weathervane Scallops or Lamb with Curried Eggplant. The bar delights patrons with its creative concoctions and everything is always carefully prepared. Additionally, the dining room boasts stunning views of the market and Elliott Bay, so come here and watch the sunset or simply sit out at the patio if you're dining with someone special.

Serafina

Serafina is famous for bringing in Afro-Cuban and Latin performers to compliment its delicious Italian menu. Large windows allow patrons a view of the street outside and when the weather cooperates, courtyard dining is available. The rustic-chic dining room is small, but its candle-topped tables, rich red walls and dark green ceiling give the space an elegant feel. Entrees include eggplant with a savory mushroom ragout, rabbit stew, and a variety of pasta dishes. It also offers an extensive wine list.

Americana

Americana Restaurant located in the beautiful Capitol Hill neighborhood is known for serving fantastic American fare and tempting drinks. Curated by executive chef Jeffery Wilson, the menu is quite extensive and has a variety of soups, salads and flavorsome mains. Their seasonal specialties are recommended by many a patron. Moreover, they also serve gluten free delicacies. Must try on the menu is the Sauteed Broccoli, Duck Confit Nachos and loaded Lamb Burger. The Donut a la Mode is one heavenly dessert you simply cannot miss out on! Their creative crafted cocktails are so impressive and pocket-friendly that you simply won't settle down for one order.
