Celebrating 91 years, Middendorf’s Slidell is the second location of the iconic Louisiana Restaurant known as the "Home of the World Famous Original Thin Fried Catfish." The same Thin Fried Catfish recipe has been used since 1934. We've come a long way in 90 years. Our buildings might be big now, but we're still a small business, locally owned and operated. We're a family friendly seafood restaurant filled with beautiful wood, down home comfort and a touch of whimsy.
