Spirit Martial Arts

The class sessions follow the standard ATA format, which is a proven program, and is exceptionally successful in teaching self-discipline and respect. While the mood and tone each class session may vary, the basic standard is followed by every ATA school. ATA classes are fun and interesting, but well-disciplined. Discipline, however, does not mean "punishment", there it means "training". With discipline, the instructor can keep order in the classroom to allow him to be more effective. Students also find they get more from classes when the class is more disciplined. The instructor should be able to leave groups to practice without supervision, so that he might an individual attention to each student during the class. Discipline is a part of courtesy and respect to the instructor and to fellow students.
