The first Martial Art School in Fairfield and Solano County to offer a program specifically designed for Pre-school age children. This age benefits from a "first activity" , gain social skills, all while learning Real Martial Arts. School age kids, from elementary through high school, can improve focus, gain confidence, and build self-control. They also learn to deal with day to day situations such as Bullies and Stranger awareness and safety. Adults enjoy relieving stress and getting fit in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere. We often hold Ladies Self Defense classes as a separate workshop as well.
