We specialize in teaching children and adults the wonderful art of Capoeira with modern teaching methods that are fun, safe, and effective. Instructor Mike has spent years studying teaching methods and leading classes for students of all ages. We pride ourselves in our ability to understand students' limitations, and to help them surpass those limitations!
