United Studios of Self Defense provides professional self defense training to men, women and children ages 4 and older. All of our students receive a combination of group and private instruction. This combination of personalized attention and application with a partner ensures that each student receives an effective and comprehensive education in the martial arts. The Los Altos location of USSD specializes in weapons training, with over 20 martial arts weapon types taught.
