Tang Soo Do is a traditional Korean martial art with a rich history. It combines practical self-defense, traditional forms, and sparring for a whole-body workout. We offer a selection of classes for the entire family. Our Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons classes are for ages 4-6. They are a safe way for your child to expend energy while having fun and learning self-discipline. Through positive reinforcement, we help young students improve their self-esteem, create a positive mindset, and build a foundation of physical fitness. Our youth, teen, and adult classes teach the fundamentals of Tang Soo Do in a fun, action-packed classroom environment. Students develop balance, improve their flexibility, and develop both physical and mental strength.
