The centerpiece is a double-decker family entertainment center with bowling, laser tag, arcade games, miniature golf, and a full-service restaurant and bar. The facility also features multi-use basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts, plus two synthetic turf fields for indoor soccer, lacrosse, flag football, and more. Our coaches will hold you accountable and develop programs specific to your individual needs through biomechanical assessment, fitness, and performance enhancement training in an environment that is suitable for all ages and activity level. With an emphasis on individualized goals and needs, each client is provided with unique programming, nutritional tips and guidelines and the coaching necessary to carry out these measures effectively. Based in Henderson, Nev., Downtown Recreation Center, offers multifitness rooms, game rooms and a gymnasium to neighborhood residents of all age groups. It is one of the seven recreation centers operated by the Parks and Recreation department of the City of Henderson and features various amenities, including an indoor walking track, indoor cycling area, seasonal swimming pool, racquetball court, steam and sauna rooms, showers, among others. Besides pool, table tennis and other activities, its game room features non-violent sports video games on televisions and seasonal sports video tournaments. Additionally, Downtown Recreation Center hosts a number of planned activities for children and teens and offers homework assistance.
