Coulter Mike - Painted Cave

Located near the Santa Cruz Island, this is one of the lengthiest sea caves in the world. The naturally colored walls inside the caves look like a rainbow and is a sight that should not be missed. When the sea is calm, boats and kayaks can be taken deep inside the cave for exploring its beauty. Once you enter, you will be welcomed by the sight of sea lions, dolphins, seals and other marine animals that have made this beautiful cave their home. Kayaking through the pitch dark and narrow passages inside this cave using only a flashlight to guide you is a really exciting experience. Regular guided tours are organized for visiting this enchanting cave by the local tourism authority.

Santa Barbara Tasting Tours

We are an independently owned food walking tour company, started four years ago by a hungry food writer looking to share her passion for food, restaurants, Santa Barbara and its history. We specialize in intimate, fun, and educational tasting experiences. Our tours are led by fun and experienced tour guides- food writers, chefs, and foodies who know the best places to eat and drink in Santa Barbara. Stopping at many off-the-beaten-path eateries, our tasting tours give guests a behind the scenes look at the local food scene, and a great opportunity for conversations with a variety of local chefs, bakers, cheesemongers, business owners and winemakers. Our tours also visit a selection of historical and cultural stops including the Arlington Theater, the Santa Barbara County Courthouse, and the Presidio. In addition to our regular Saturday tours, we offer private tours for groups of 8 or more seven days a week.
