Cincinnati Bengals running back Chase Brown spoke for most fans by ripping his own defense after the loss to the Chicago Bears .
After Ja'Marr Chase was spotted ranting about the defense in the postgame tunnel , Bengals running back Chase Brown took it to the media.
Well, the media went to Brown, and he delivered a touchdown, courtesy of The Athletic's Paul Dehner Jr. :
"We just got to play complementary football. We put the ball in the end zone and go up a point at the end, finish the f-----g game. Just end it. That's it. That's what we need to do. Just end the f-----g game. Make them get us the ball back, let us go to 22 Victory and let's end the game. That's how I feel. We have taken steps forward, offensively, so that's good. We are trying to control what we can control and do what we can do. Flacco fought like a warrior today with the way his shoulder was. Things aren't going to be perfect. We made things work on our end. We made mistakes, we learned from them but we just kept on fighting. End of the day, you got to go to the very end."

The Bengals defense let up 500-plus yards and 48 points on the day, but still had a chance to win the game. Joe Flacco's offense scored a touchdown, then a two-point conversion to take the lead, 42-41...after the team recovered an on-side kick.
Cincinnati's defense then let up the back-breaking touchdown on a 58-yard score on this play:
So no, it's no wonder why Brown and offensive players aren't happy in the obviously fracturing locker room.
