CLEMSON — Clemson football starting wide receiver Antonio Williams is available to play against Syracuse .
Clemson (1-2, 0-1 ACC) faces Syracuse (2-1) on Sept. 20 (noon ET, ESPN) at Memorial Stadium.
Williams suffered a hamstring injury in the first quarter in the team's Week 1 loss to LSU on Aug. 30 and missed Clemson's Week 2 and 3 games. On the ACC's availability report on Sept. 18., he was listed as probable (likely to play; greater than 50% chance) and progressed to be active in Week 4.
Starting left tackle Tristan Leigh (lower body), safety Khalil Barnes (hamstring) and offensive lineman Elyjah Thurmon are available against Syracuse. Neither are listed on the ACC's availability report. Starting nickel cornerback Misun Kelley is out though; Shelton Lewis will likely play in place of him.
The ACC has enforced schools to provide availability reports before conference games this season. The conference will release them two days before games, an updated one a day prior then a final update coming two hours before kickoff.
Players will be designated as available (fully available to play), probable (likely to play; greater than 50% chance), questionable or out (will not play in the game) for the first two reports, and the options will reduce to available, game-time decision (final decision will be made closer to the game) or out on game days.
Here's the final injury report for Clemson and Georgia Tech .
