The penultimate home game of the Missouri football season is here, and it's a big one.
No. 17/19-ranked Missouri football will host No. 3/3 Texas A&M on Saturday, Nov. 8, on Faurot Field in Columbia, and the Tigers ' biggest ambitions for the 2025 season hang in the balance.
Mizzou (6-2, 2-2 SEC) lost two games and its starting quarterback in October. The Tigers fell at home against Alabama and at Vanderbilt, and now their margin for error in the race for a College Football Playoff spot is gone.
Missouri is expected to be playing without starting QB Beau Pribula, who sustained a "non-fractured dislocated ankle" against Vandy and, despite having no official timeline for a return, is unlikely to return in the regular season due to the typical recovery timeline for the injury.

That means Mizzou will turn to true freshman Matt Zollers. His first collegiate start comes against a Texas A&M team that has performed as well as anyone in the SEC this season.
The Aggies (8-0, 5-0), coached by Mike Elko, are undefeated and have the nation's No. 1 third-down defense this season.
