- Broncos' updated order of draft picks following the Jaylen Waddle trade
The Denver Broncos made a blockbuster move on Tuesday when they agreed to trade for Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle . The deal is pending a physical, but that is expected to be a formality.
The trade came at a high cost as Denver agreed to trade picks in the first (No. 30), third (No. 94) and fourth (No. 130) rounds to Miami in exchange for Waddle and a fourth-round pick (No. 111). The Broncos have now dropped from holding nine picks down to seven, and they will ot make a pick in the first round (barring another trade).

Denver's first pick is currently slated to be 62nd overall in the second round. The Broncos do not hold a third-round pick, but with a pair of fourth-round selections, that could make it easier to trade up. Here's a look at the team's complete order of picks following the Waddle trade.
Broncos 2026 NFL draft picks
-
Round 2: 62nd overall
-
Round 4: 108th overall (via Saints ; Devaughn Vele trade )
-
Round 4: 11th overall (via Dolphins ; Jaylen Waddle trade )

Round 5: 170th overall
-
Round 7: 246th overall
-
Round 7: 256th overall ( Javonte Williams comp pick)

The team's original first, second and third-round selections went to Miami in the Waddle trade . The Broncos previously lost their original sixth-round pick when the team acquired defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers in a trade with the New York Jets in 2024. After letting JFM walk in free agency this year, Denver will likely receive a fourth-round comp pick for next year's draft.
The 2026 NFL draft will be held in Pittsburgh from April 23-25.
