Caleb Wilson channels inner Michael Jordan with quote
As the 2026 NBA Draft process rolls on with the scouting combine in Chicago this week, North Carolina star Caleb Wilson is making a lot of headlines.
Wilson is projected as a top four pick in the draft, with some mocks having him go third to the Memphis Grizzlies , while others have him landing with the Chicago Bulls at four. As Wilson goes through workouts, meets with teams and the media, he's hoping to improve his stock.
But during one recent media session, he channeled his inner-Michael Jordan during an interview with ESPN.
"I'm going to change their franchise," Wilson said. "I'm going to change the culture of their franchise and I'm going to change the city, honestly. I'm a culture changer. I did the same thing at North Carolina."
He's right. Changing the culture of the Bulls includes on the court, where Wilson goes from friend to enemy in a hurry.
"I try to make it personal like Michael Jordan," Wilson said . "I find something that pisses me off and I flip the switch."
Wilson displayed that at North Carolina, using motivation from various things ahead of games. That included changing his cell phone background before big games. North Carolina fans were able to see what he can do firsthand and whatever team is getting him come June is going to be happy.
