While the Draft is still a few weeks away, Wilson is killing time by being an ESPN player correspondent during the NBA Finals. On Wednesday, before Game 1 in San Antonio . Wilson told his colleagues that if the Bulls draft him, he intends to shake things up , per SportsCenter.
He also cited some notable history about how his now alma mater changed Chicago basketball.
"I'm a winner, I'm gonna change that culture," Wilson said. "I'm gonna bring it back to what it was for sure. It's a great pipeline, North Carolina."
Wilson's words sound similar to those of a fellow Carolina alum, who goes by the name Michael Jordan .

When he was selected as the 3rd pick in the 1984 Draft, Jordan said he wanted to make a difference .
"Hopefully I can go in and contribute and maybe turn it around," he said at the time. "You know, I'm looking forward to it."
At the time, the Bulls were at the bottom of the totem pole in the NBA. Jordan came in with flash and flair and never looked back. Six championships in eight years and arguably the most influential basketball player there ever was.
Other Carolina standouts came from Chapel Hill to Chicago. Forward Scott Williams, who went undrafted in 1990, was picked up by the Bulls. Coby White was the 7th overall pick by the Bulls in the 2019 NBA Draft.
Wilson is now waiting for his turn if everything falls into place.
