The band is staying together.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have agreed to terms to retain both offensive coordinator Grant Udinski and defensive coordinator Anthony Campanile , the team announced Jan. 27.
Jacksonville's announcement comes just hours after Udinski's return was sealed, following the Buffalo Bills ' announcement that they would hire OC Joe Brady as the team's next head coach.
Jacksonville made retaining both coordinators a priority for the team this season. It was reported earlier this week that Udinski was set to agree to a new contract that gives him a pay raise if he returned to the franchise. Now, both coordinators get deals to keep them in town.

Campanile, 43, interviewed with the Miami Dolphins , Baltimore Ravens and the Arizona Cardinals this cycle. Campanile was a finalist for the job with Arizona. It appears the Cardinals could turn to another candidate, namely Los Angeles Rams offensive coordinator Mike LaFleur, who is a finalist for the job.
With both coordinators returning, the Jaguars will keep the large majority of the team's coaching staff intact heading into the 2026 season.
In retaining Udinski, 30, the team will look to build on an impressive offensive season. The production in Jacksonville was especially noted by how quarterback Trevor Lawrence looked this past season. He threw for 4,007 yards and had 38 total touchdowns, second to Matthew Stafford .
Lawrence posted 29 passing touchdowns with nine rushing scores. He threw just 12 interceptions in 17 games. Overall, the team finished the year averaging 27.7 points per game (sixth-best), 338.6 yards per game (10th) and convertaing 62.50% of the team's red zone attempts into scores (eighth).
On Campanile's side of the ball, Jacksonville's defense experienced a major turnaround from the 2024 season. The team finished as the league's top run defense, allowing just 85.2 yards per game on the ground. The Jaguars also finished second in the league in takeaways with 31 (22 interceptions, nine fumble recoveries).
With Campanile back in town, the team can move forward with the same scheme that enabled them to perform at a high level.
