When the trade deadline rolls around, it's no secret that the Philadelphia Phillies will be targeting outfielders. One option would be Jo Adell of the Los Angeles Angels .
If made available , Adell won't come cheap. Jim and Trey Bowden of GM Territory have now broke down what they believe is a fair offer for the outfielder.
Dante Nori would be the headliner of the deal, as he ranks as the fifth-best prospect in the organization, via MLB Pipeline. Over his 52 games at the Triple-A level in 2026, the outfielder has hit .245 with two home runs, 20 RBIs and 12 stolen bases.
Ramon Marquez comes in at No. 9. The right-handed pitcher has posted a 2.08 ERA and a 58/15 K/BB ratio over his eight appearances between low and high Single-A in 2026. Gabe Craig rounds out the trio ranked 23rd. He has a 3.04 ERA and a 39/13 K/BB ratio through 24 games between low and high Single-A this season.
As for Adell himself, fans may know him for his defensive prowess. However, the outfielder possess a big bat as well. In 2026, he is hitting .249 with 11 home runs and 45 RBIs. During the 2025 season, Adell hit .236 with 37 home runs and 98 RBIs.
At 48-38, the Phillies have worked their way back into playoff contention. But even with Kyle Schwarber , they rank 15th in runs scored with 383. Ironically enough, the Angels have scored five more runs.
With Adolis Garcia going down for the season, outfield is a clear need. And if the Angels are willing to sell, Adell would become a natural target for the Phillies.
