Fit with Steelers offense
A six-time Pro Bowler and two-time Second-Team All-Pro selection, Evans is the definition of consistency. Boasting a massive 6-foot-5 frame, Evans is one of the league's best receivers when it comes to contested catches. The longtime Buccaneers wideout would pair nicely with Metcalf, who would greatly benefit from another top wideout on the field. With that in mind, the Steelers would need to offer the future Hall of Famer a large contract to entice him to leave Tampa Bay .
Contract prediction
While Spotrac projects Evans' market value at $13.3 million, the Steelers might need to go beyond that number to bring him in. With that in mind, we at Steelers Wire predict a two-year, $38 million deal would be the sweet spot.
