Watch Texas A&M freshman WR show off his impressive hands

Texas A&M's 2026 signing class features several highly intriguing freshmen talented enough to earn a key rotational spot this coming season, and with spring practice starting on Friday, third-year head coach Mike Elko will utilize the spring practice schedule to analyze which new players, including 17 transfer additions, stand out over the next three weeks.

Among the 26 signees in the 2026 class, four-star wide receiver Aaron Gregory , similar to five-star cornerback Brandon Arrington, sticks out due to his impressive 6'3" frame, long arms, and catch radius, and while he likely won't received a ton of early snaps due to the depth in front of him, especially Alabama transfer Isaiah Horton, the spring season provides an early opportunity to stand out in front of the coaching staff.

Thanks to the Texas A&M media team, Gregory was seen using the Jugs machine to catch passes from a variety of angles, and while some will see this as pure entertainment, it's a good sign that the freshman wideout is putting in the work off the field, wanting to become the best version of himself before the 2026 season.

Gregory, along with fellow freshman wide receivers Madden Williams, Mike Brown, and Jayden Warren, will look to stand out this spring and earn playing time during the Maroon & White Spring Game, but on the surface, Gregory and Williams look like the front-runners to potentially push for early playing time and become backup options barring injury.
