Cincinnati Bengals receiver Ja'Marr Chase broke his own franchise single-season record for receiving yards on a 11-yard catch from quarterback Joe Burrow during the second quarter of Sunday's NFL Week 16 win against the Cleveland Browns at Paycor Stadium.
Chase entered the game leading the NFL with 1,413 receiving yards this season. He set the franchise single-season record in 2021 with 1,455 receiving yards.

Chase finished Sunday's game with 97 receiving yards.
During the first quarter, Burrow became the NFL's first 4,000-yard passer of the season.
TJ Houshmandzadeh holds the Bengals' single-season record for receptions with 112, set in 2007. Chase entered Sunday's game with 102, and had six catches Sunday.

Carl Pickens holds the franchise's single-season record for touchdown catches with 17, set in 1995. Chase entered Sunday with 15 this season, and added his 16th of the season during Sunday's fourth quarter.

Chase, who also leads the NFL in receptions and receiving touchdowns, became the league's first of the season with 100 catches during a NFL Week 15 win against Tennessee at Nissan Stadium.

During the Bengals' win Monday night in Dallas , Chase had 14 catches for 177 yards and two touchdowns, surpassing the 5,000-yard receiving mark in his fourth NFL season.
Chase recently told reporters that he only plays golf during the offseason and wouldn't consider himself a decent golfer, but did have a hole-in-one once while playing in Cabo with Pro Football Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk.
