Rookie Justin Crawford had an RBI single in the 10th inning after the Philadelphia Phillies rallied from a four-run deficit for a 6-5 victory over the Washington Nationals on Wednesday. The Nationals led 5-1 in the seventh. J.T. Realmuto and Bryce Harper hit solo home runs to get the Phillies within 5-3.

Edmundo Sosa tied it late and Justin Crawford walked it off as the Phillies rallied past Washington, 6-5, to end the first homestand on a high note.

This move would be a gamble, but would reap great rewards if it works.

The last time there was a walk-off catcher's interference was back in 1971.
