- 2024 NBA Draft will be two-night event. Here's what else to know about this year's draft.
With the 2023-24 NBA season wrapped up after the Boston Celtics won their 18th championship , it's time to turn our attention to the offseason, which include the 2024 NBA Draft.
The next crop of stars joining the NBA will be part of a new NBA draft; instead of being held on one night, the 2024 edition will take place over two nights for the first time since the draft was shortened to two rounds in 1989. For most of its history, the NBA has held the entire draft on one day, including when it had as many as seven rounds.
