The No. 10 BYU Cougars won for the first time ever at Bramlage Coliseum on Saturday afternoon, overcoming turnover problems to take an 83-73 win over Kansas State in the Big 12 opener for both teams. AJ Dybantsa, Rob Wright and Richie Saunders combined for 55 points and Keba Keita grabbed a career-high 16 rebounds to go with 11 points as BYU improved to 13-1 on the season. The Cougars took a 45-35 halftime lead despite committing 12 turnovers in the first 20 minutes and finished with 19 giveaways.
