Will Arch Manning take a Burrow-like leap?
Arch Manning is entering a pivotal season for the Texas Longhorns and can take a massive leap.

Joe Burrow in 2018 at LSU had a pretty good year.
He then leveled up into the best year any quarterback's ever had, Heisman Trophy winner, and then you've seen him keep that up in the NFL with the Bengals.
So maybe that's where Arch is, but we should probably give him a chance to have that second year as a starter, see if he improves.
If he improves as much over the second year as he did over the first, there's a good chance he could be a very effective NFL quarterback.
If you watched Arch last season, you, you saw a quarterback who was very much adjusting to being a first-time starter.
You know, obviously getting thrown into that Ohio State defense in game one is a challenge, but he got better as the season went on.
I, I think if you watch that Oklahoma game, which is against a team with a really good pass rush, you see him start to figure it out.
You see things start to click.
This year he'll have more weapons around him.
He'll have a lot at his disposal.
He will have an overwhelming talent advantage in most games, and I, I think we should see improvement from him.
I think the way he improved over last season suggests that he's gonna be a really good quarterback in college.
Is he going to be an absolute obvious one-one in the NFL?
I don't know that.
I He hasn't looked like Andrew Luck.
He hasn't looked like Trevor Lawrence.
He hasn't looked like Cam Newton.
That's the kind of person we're talking about when we're talking about one-one franchise savior-type guy
