I, I had Blake Miller ranked, ranked, ranked as a top 10 player on- Yeah, we loved him Big Board.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I, I just think the way he moves at his height and his size and his weight is really incredible.
He's got all the prototypical stuff you wanna see from an offensive lineman.
And I think when you just look at the Lions, they kinda had to make a choice here, right?
'Cause they were thin at offensive line and pass rusher.
Yep.
Little bit closer on the offensive line though to having that be a good unit, so I think they're just saying, "Let's just go out there with Blake and, Sewell.
We will take our chances and, and see what development happens."
But if he hits his curves like, like he looks like he can, you might have a top tackle duo again- which they need.
I- Would you have taken him at nine?

I mean, I had him ranked at eight- Yeah so I would've taken him at nine, yeah.
I had him at 18.
And so then you go 17.
Very comfortable with this.

I think good athlete for a big guy.

can fit in any type of run scheme, which is interesting, 'cause that's what Hank Fraley, it doesn't matter, and Drew Petzing actually too, they use every type of run scheme.
So it actually, I It actually makes sense.
I was always like, do I like him for his zone or power stuff more?
And it's like, ah, both.

So yeah, I, I like this pick a lot.
He's like, just feels very, at the very least solid, but I think that's doing him a disservice.
I think it's more this is a good starter.

Well- Yeah I think for them- And if you're Detroit too, like you can't afford to let what's been the strength and identity of your team wither, you know?
And, and I don't think they were ever going to do that.
And we've seen what Jared Goff without good offensive line play looks like.
Or any quarterback- That's absolutely fine to be fair- Let's just stick with the year without- Let's stick with the year good offensive line play.
