Cape Verde goalie Vozinha and his mother are set to reunite at Cape Verde's next World Cup game.

This is Vozinha, the 40-year-old goalkeeper who shut out Spain, but his biggest supporter wasn't even there to see it in person, his mom.
Earlier this year, the US required a massive $15,000 returnable bond for citizens of Cape Verde, along with several other nations, to travel to the country on top of the normal visa fees.
Then just a month ago, the Trump administration dropped that requirement for World Cup ticket holders.
But by then, Vozinha's mom couldn't afford the trip to watch her son play in person because of the rising costs.
When the story went viral, people rallied behind them.
US officials stepped in, fast-tracked her documents, waived the fees, and now mother and son are set to reunite at Cabo Verde's next World Cup match.
