I heard Jeter and A-Rod after the Yankees lost the other day talkin' about the Yankees offense.
That's the focus of the off season in your mind?
They've got to really lean in on the changes to the offense?
I just feel like since 2017, we came so close in '17.
We're the team that probably really shouldn't have been in the ALCS.
It was a young Aaron Judge, Gary Sanchez.
That team was so young.
And we kinda over-performed and got to the ALCS.
I feel like we've been chasing that ever since then.
Ever since '17, I don't feel like we've really put a good roster together, whereas speed, power, contact, we've been kinda, you know, stagnant in that way.
We have Jazz Chisholm and Volpe that can now run the bases, but leading up to this year, we would need three base hits to get a run scored just because of all the DH kinda guys that we had on the roster.
So I would love to see them kinda adjust that, give us a little more speed and contact because we have, we have plenty of power.
