Could Castellanos and others from the class of 2022 return to help improve rosters?

Very interesting ruling in a federal district court in Colorado in one of the many cases brought by members of the class of 2022 who played four years of college sports and then were told, "Even though we've given everybody who's playing now five years of eligibility, you guys are still done even though you didn't get the fifth year."
And the court ruled that those players are entitled to a fifth year, which has created a, an, a very interesting scramble in the worlds especially of college football and college basketball to see can we get some of these people on our teams, including some guys- Yeah who didn't get drafted but got cut from NFL mini camps.
Right.
Yeah.
Mad scramble is a good way to put it.
The judge did clarify her ruling, to make it, I guess, a little more, doable maybe.
I, I don't know.
Basically she clarified that the NCAA roster caps still exist.
Mm-hmm.
And all these players, unless they enter the transfer portal in January for football, then they can't just- Right magically transfer.
So that, that sort of like, narrowed or limited the field of what the athletes could do.
But either way, there's still dozens, right, of, of players who, now have eligibility if a school has If, if their school that they're currently played at, has cap room, has roster cap room, then they could add them, right?
If you, if you want some specific names, here's an, here's an example.
Tommy Castellanos, who was Florida State's- starting quarterback last year.
If Florida State has a spot on the roster and Tommy Castellanos is down, if I'm Mike Norvell, I probably would add him.
I'd probably bring him on as an insurance policy or to push Ashton Daniels.
He knows the offense already.
It's like the waiver wire.
Jayden Fielding, the kicker from Ohio State.
Like, you could bring him in.
You, he, he could just do kickoffs for you, or he could be your placekicker.
Like, he, he's got another year.
He played four and four.
