Could the Phillies end up at the top of the NL East if hot streak continues?

Now, the Phillies have an opposite situation going on.
They have won nine straight.
They swept the Cardinals over the weekend, walking it off on Friday night via an Alec Bohm triple.
They pulverized friend of the program, Quinn Matthews, on Saturday for 12 runs, and then on Sunday, down four to zero in the ninth inning with two outs, they scored six straight, including a Kyle Schwarber walk-off moonshot, 459 dead center over the batter's eye to win six to four.
This is as raucous, as unhinged as things have been in Philadelphia since this whole era started back in 2022.
This is a ball club playing well.
I need to see a team get irrationally hot at some point during the regular season to believe in them in October, because then you can just kind of copy and paste that vision in 'Cause that's who wins the World Series, right?
Like, by definition, whoever gets really hot wins the world.
Like, they're the hottest team at the end.
And so the Phillies right now, this idea that they're impenetrable and there's magic and they can't lose, like, oh, okay, they could do that come October.
Of course, right now they're, they're trying to, to get to October.
They're trying to maybe chase down the Braves.
They're only three games back of Atlanta right now, only two games behind the Cubs for that top wildcard spot.
And there's still a lot for the Phillies to play for, even if their, their playoff odds now are obviously quite high.
Nola and Painter are-- that's really who you're counting on now to, to give you a chance at climbing those standings, regardless of where they fit in in the postseason.
Right.
So the- but we're- And they have six left and that, that was the part where when you're talking about-- And they have six left against Atlanta, which is, which is a huge thing if we're talking about the division.
But that's when we were talking about the deadline and what they need to do.
It was less about, oh, they need this four or five starter for October.
It was they're losing- Yeah the game every four or five days, which as we see, that's-- you can't have a nine-game win streak if you, if the bottom of your rotation is this bad.
And yeah, those six games against Atlanta are about as high on the list of regular season intrigue as we have left on the schedule.
