Could the Thunder trade up for Cam Boozer?

Two executives who spoke with ClutchPoints envision Sam Presti attempting to use both picks 12 and 17, along with other assets, to try and trade up into the lottery, possibly as high as the top four and pursue Cam Boozer.
It seems so unrealistic to me, Sam, and so anti-Presti for him to cash in everything to go get one player.
I think they wanna just keep rolling this forward.
Always had young guys ready to step in for the guys that get older or get too expensive.
But it is interesting because if you look at OKC right now in the series against the Spurs tied two-two, there's one thing that they could need, it's a little bit more creation.
And imagine if you had Isaiah Hartenstein, but he could create off the dribble and pass and run pick and roll.
That's Cam Boozer.
So if you're gonna go all in for any guy, I could see the argument.
It's just I don't see the path there
