Folarin Balogun's transfer to Everton falls apart

Basically, Balogun's position was, "I'm not feeling comfortable with the way the club treated me.
I'm not comfortable with the doubts raised about my future or my health.
I have no issue, so I'm not comfortable signing a contract here."
So now, this is, I- even as an Everton fan, this g- be- gets to a very frustrating place.
So, like, w- it, the player is saying he is perfectly fine.
We- we're never gonna know wh- how, why he failed his medical, what specifically was the issue.
That's not gonna happen, right?
'Cause if Everton If he- they saying he failed the medical and then are saying like, "No, no, but we still wanna sign you, but we just have to renegotiate the terms," that is So now I'm putting that onus on the club and saying like, "Okay, why, why are you comfortable signing the player?
Why are you br- why are you comfortable bringing up some sort of medical issue but still comfortable signing the player?"
So that, th- this is m- may- m- I guess maybe they saw something that they were worried about and are like, "Oh, all right, we're not entirely..." Now, how, when a player's signing for a club, they wanna know that you want them.
They wanna know that they're gonna get the best opportunity to succeed at their club.
Right.
And- You're bringing me in as a potential starter- Yeah as someone that you are gonna trust and have and back in case it doesn't- So- start so smoothly.
And also, there may be something that the club put in the contract or was trying to put in the contract that said like, "Hey, we need to see improvement in whatever this injury is," or, "We need to Oh, if you're able to start so many games, that's when you're gonna get most of your pay."
Some type of bonus structure that had something to do with whatever ailment they saw or injury or whatever they saw that kinda gave them maybe some type of, some type of safety net, where he was like, "No."
Maybe he saw it as like, "You're trying to make this impossible for me."
