What is it that makes everybody fall in love with this 2027?
Who's coming out in college that's saving franchises?
I, I don't know.
I, I think it's 'cause the last two years have been pretty dry.
You know, you had the, the big draft with, with Drake May and Jayden Daniels and Caleb Williams, and then not much.
And I think the thought is, oh, you know, last year was bad.
The year, year before that was bad.
Perhaps this will be the year.
And I, I don't know if that's true or not.
I Last year could have been the year.
Like, Lenoir Sellers, South Carolina quarterback, good example of this.
He's got a huge arm.
He's the, the size they want.
He's super fast.
Well, he had a terrible year last year.
If he had a great year last year, he would've been in this year's draft.
And so I think we're gonna need to see more production out of some of these guys.
And remember, we weren't even talking about Fernando Mendoza this time last year.
I mean, tho- those of us who followed Cal the year before knew he was pretty good, knew he was going to Indiana, and that, and that he had a chance to be decent at Indiana.
Nobody expected him to be what he was gonna be.
So it's not just Arch.
It's, it's Arch.
It's Dante Moore coming back to college.
You know, he probably would've been a top five pick if he'd come out this year.
It's guys like CJ Carr at Notre Dame, who will be draft eligible after this year.
But the, the thing about this, guys, that, that makes it so interesting is the way NIL works now, you better be a top half of the first round QB, otherwise you might wanna just stay in college and get paid
