Jeremiah Smith, here's the prediction.
Jeremiah Smith, over 1,800 yards and 15 touchdowns this year.
I'm gonna put that at a nine and a quarter.
he is certainly capable of this, but just to give you an idea of what Jeremiah Smith has done so far, a little over 1,300 yards and 15 touchdowns his freshman year.
A little over 1,200 yards and 12 touchdowns last year.
So I expect this to be his biggest year statistically.
1,815, that's what we gotta hit.
the number one receiver in FBS each of the last four years failed to get to 1,800 yards.
Just to give you an idea of how lofty that number is, like it was the Western Kentucky kid back in 2021, last one to get over 1,800 yards, and then was it 2020, the Devonta Smith year, he was over like 2,000 yards, I think.
eh, but Jeremiah Smith's also an alien, so like he hails from another planet.
that's why even with how lofty these numbers are, like Ohio State, kind of one of the first years in a while, they don't enter the season with a bonafide slam dunk wide receiver two.
They have several capable players.
Jesse's out on one of them apparently.
Like I'm not selling a kid down the river in May.
I'm a big Chris Henry guy, Jesse.
He's not talking about Chris Henry.
But because there is not that, Jeremiah Smith will be featured.
Okay, then maybe, just maybe, there's a little bit of defensive regression, so maybe, just maybe they need a little more production.
