Are Neckbands a new trend in the NBA?
Orlando Magic guard Jalen Suggs does things a little differently.

Have you noticed Jalen Suggs wearing his headband around his neck instead of head?
Well, it's totally on purpose.
He starts games with it around his neck, Then slowly moves it up to his forehead once he's in the flow of the game.
And it's just become his thing.
I was doing it in training camp when I Started playing pre-practice before you get going into the warm-up, You just have it on your neck.
Uh, really, it originates as football drip, uh, that's where it stems from.
Which is a nod to his football days, and this isn't casual football.
He was a top high school player.
He quarterbacked his team to Minnesota State Championship as a junior; then as a senior, he became the first person in state history to win Both Mr. Basketball and Mr. Football in the same year.
Basically, that neck headband is him paying Respecting his past while doing his own thing on the court.
So next time you see it, dont question it, just let Jalen Cook handle it.
