But I think even before you get to that, What is your relationship with Omar Khan, the general manager here?
Because Omar Khan, this is going to be his first time choosing the head coach.

Personally, I think it's a great job The fact that ownership has a track record of giving you time to build.
The loyalty they have to their coaches is really unmatched in American sports.
So you look at all these pluses and say, "Yeah, the roster needs work," but this is NFL.
Rosters turn around in one, two years.
Look at New England.
New England had the worst roster in NFL 2 years ago.
