Philip Rivers addressed the media today after signing with the Indianapolis Colts

44-year old Rivers is back in the league after not taking a snap since the 2020 season.

I had no, I've not given any thought to actually, um, You know, playing again until about 48 hours ago.

Um, its a physical game and its fast, and uh, dudes are big and fast.

Uh, just like they were.

I have to admit, I thought, Well, I wonder if Shane will call later.

You know, uh, and, but kind of thinking, I don't know.

You know, and so, it's one thing if I, you know, throw the ball here in this out back and, Uh, to a stationary target, and it feels pretty good.

My wifes been my biggest fan the whole time Ive played.

And, uh, she's nervous about the physical aspect of it.
