Who should the Ravens hire next?

Any of those guys, they've done this before.

They're not looking for their first head.

Coaching job.

They should want to come to Baltimore to be with Lamar.

So I think whether that's a Jesse Minter, Whether that's Chris Shula, whether that's Jeff Hafley in Green Bay, I think any of those defensive guys.

Honestly, Matt Burke in Houston.

If I'm Baltimore, though, I don't want a rookie head coach.

Again, the clock is ticking with Lamar.

I need a guy who can step in right away.

It's a good point.

I think Stefanski is a great coach.

I don't know if he wants to stay in the division or whatever.

This would be a time for, like, even a Mike McCarthy.

He knows the league.

He has a ton of experience.

He has Super Bowl experience.

Look, I get that Mike Vrabel is having a good And Dan Quinn last year had a good year.

But aren't we seeing with guys like Liam Coen, who not only is a first-time head coach, but also was like, "GM, get out of there."

Sure.

And guys like Ben Johnson, All of these guys are getting to the playoffs and the best teams in the league.

They're not just retreads.

A guy who honestly checks both boxes to me, Jory, this is Robert Saleh.

Great defensive coach and has head coaching That was an interesting experience.

I like that.

I think Robert Saleh is going to make a heck of a head coach in his second job.
