I do think it's time.
That, um, we give serious thought to.
Changing multiple things related to the committee.
It is time to probably give an intense examination into whether or not We should have, and continue to have, athletic directors trying to put out numerous fires Out on their campus or in the middle of a coaching search, Like the Chair of the Committee.
Uh, and have them in this huge role that has more significance than ever Because of the money.
That's involved.
The other thing, of course, is Please, for the love of God, get with ESPN, stop doing all these rankings in the press.
Conferences that waste time and cause strain Put you in a horrible final position Rankings, the only ones that matter, come out.
Just do the final rankings.
Just like the NCAA basketball tournament.
Um, Ross, I hate to break it to you, though I'm not telling you anything you do not know.
This, this was designed for television.
I actually appreciate a lot of folks at the Worldwide leader has become a bit more transparent, admitting that this is all Designed to create a weekly reality show.
My favorite is that ESPN created this, forced and forced the hand of this, Like when they were negotiating the 12-team playoff and how they would do this.
This was a big part of it.
And then they have their own house reporter, Heather Dinnick.
No offense personally, but then they have someone come on as an analyst.
This is where I crack up, and it's like, it is like pro wrestling, and I'm like, Did y'all just circulate the script before the show?
Guys, it's all Fugazi, it's all fake, at the moment If you invest any credulity in this, you start to get angry.
And so my only approach to this from day one has been, You point and laugh; that's all you can do.
