I was talking about at the early portion of last year, like the 1st 4 weeks and I thought, Pickens was playing the best football of his career and ironically, like right after I kind of go out with that take in week 5 against the Cowboys, the Dallas game, so funny, yeah, the Dallas game, he plays just 58.6% of the snaps and he comes under a lot of fire for obviously like jogging through routes, his effort, his focus, just not being fully engaged when the play is not going his way.

But then Pickens has a good, really good stretch of games with Russell Wilson under center, you know, typical.

Russell Wilson stuff, go balls, stop routes, all that perimeter stuff.

So again, it's, it's the roller coaster of picking, right?

The Steelers said enough, we want off this ride.

The Cowboys for the price of a 3rd round pick in a glaring hole at their ex receiver position, are like, yeah, let me get on that ride here.

Yeah, he's, I know I've described him before as like, is he the best bad player in the league?

Is he the worst great player in the league, right?

He's in that, he's in that weird zone.

The real variables that are gonna determine where George Pickens goes are They don't have anything to do with anybody else but him, right?

They're all like within his control.

It's stuff, it's stuff that we don't normally have to think about with NFL players, right?

It's, it's engagement, it's effort, but if you could guarantee that we were going to get just a locked in George Pickens, who is playing for his second contract, I'd be like, hell yeah, let's go.

This is, you know, the, the best possible version of George Pickens is, you know, it's like a 1250 yard receiver.

On 100 targets and we get 10 touchdowns, and it's, you know, it's perfect.

It's, it's great for fantasy.

He's among the best of the wide receiver too, like that's, you know, that is definitely out there for him and he's obviously well paired with CDAM.
