I mean, th- Jordan Mason pretty much at 120 overall is kind of last call for, you want a starting running back?
It's probably Jordan Mason at 120.
So o- obviously makes sense as a sleeper here.
I don't know if you wanna make the case for Jordan Mason or you wanna talk about one of these, you know, more exciting rookies or RB2s, with the time we have here.
I'll, I'll let you take the jump at it.
I think Jordan Mason's probably worth talking about because it wouldn't shock me if he, you know, outdoes this by, you know, several, several rounds, like actually becomes a decent fantasy starter.
A low-end option, but still a guy that you could put in your lineup week after week.
And it comes down to Aaron Jones just being a, an older back and a guy who's dealt with a ton of injuries, missed 11 games over the last three seasons.
And it sounds like what we're hearing out of Minnesota is that Mason looks more like the lead back in that offense.
Now, it's never gonna be a total workhorse role for him because if it's not Aaron Jones, then it goes to the other Viking on this list in Demon Clayborn, who Aaron Jones has been talking up as a really explosive player and somebody that I think would step into an Aaron Jones kind of role, a more of a change of pace guy alongside Mason.
But even if you go back to all the, the struggles that the Vikings had last year, and we've gone over it with the offensive line injuries and J.J. McCarthy and all of that, when Jones was out of the lineup, you know, for over a month early in the season, week three to week seven, Mason was the RB16 in fantasy points per game.
So there is a bit of a ceiling.
It's not a league-winning ceiling, but he has a little more to him than I think people are giving him credit for, and this ADP makes no sense at, at this point.
I think he deserves a, a little bit better
