Tennessee Titans, my best bet is for Robert Salah to win NFL Coach of the Year at 16 to 1.

At this point, we already know what the recipe to win Coach of the Year is.

It is not the coach of the best team.

It is the coach of the team that improved the most from the year before and typically, Uh, it's usually a coach who's in his first year with, uh, the team.

Um, So you, I mean, how many coaches kind of fit that, uh, bill?

I guess John Harbaugh does with the Giants.

Kevin Steffansky does with the Falcons.

Um, but I think it's Robert Salah who has the best chance of leading his team from being a last-place team to potentially winning the division.

Now, of course, my team to win the division is the Texans.

But I think the Titans have a shot.

Uh, I don't think the AFC South, like every other team has some issues.

Uh, the Jaguars, we'll see if they can repeat after their successful year last year.

The Texans have some offensive questions.

Um, the Colts obviously have some question marks.

I wouldn't be shocked if the Titans can do it.

Now, that's gonna take a big year from Cam Ward and a lot of their young players, but I actually really like Robert's Law as a head coach.

Remember when he was with the Jets, the Jets had like a top 3 defense in the NFL.

Their offense is terrible, but they had a top 3 defense.

And as soon as they fired him, their Jets, their, their defense went from a top 3 unit to like a bottom 5 unit immediately.

Uh, so I like Salah.

At 16 to 1, I think he's worth a bet to win Coach of the Year.

He fits the bill that we're looking for if he can pull it off.
