AL East Trade Candidates: Rasmussen, Henderson, Duran and More Before 2027

Here is one trade possibility for every American League East club before Opening Day 2027, from a rotation ace to struggling regulars. Tampa Bay could listen on Drew Rasmussen (2.67 ERA over 172 innings). The Yankees face a tough sell on Ryan McMahon, who is owed just under $12 million. Boston could thin a crowded outfield by moving Jarren Duran despite his .207 average, and San Diego has interest. Baltimore trading Gunnar Henderson is the boldest idea, though he is more likely to stay. Toronto could weigh offers for an affordable Ernie Clement after his 2026 slide. These are possibilities, not reported deals.
